When I fall backwards it tends to be rather spectacular. It may be worrying or concerning for service users. This has been an issue before in another volunteering.

In other most vexing news I have lost my gold & silver nuggets necklace. I was wearing it yesterday. It has an easy clasp which was specifically done on it for me so I can do it myself. I noticed that I diden’t have it on this morning. I have looked everywhere. In the bed, under the bed and it’s no where to be found. I even looked in the washing machine. In the bathroom. It’s nowhere.
