Ah yes, we have black pudding. Never heard of white or red though. I did wonder if it was what we call a 'rag' pudding. Do you have those? Meat wrapped in suet pastry which is wrapped in a rag (clean of course) and boiled. Blimey, they're delicious although a bit of a faff to make.
Sorry to hear you're struggling with the lack of acupuncture and physio. Do you have exercises or some chair yoga movements you can safely do at home? xx5 -
