Hi Beanie
How's your day been? Did you find the lanyard? Do you think you've lost it outside or mislaid it in the house? Are DS and his GF OK regarding the house. It's tough times for everyone and seems to be having a knock on effect with things I wouldn't even consider. But never mind, according to Mr President this will all be done and dusted with by Easter

Hello @teafor2
I am just stressed & tired.
LOts going on & not sleeping very well.
In the great scheme of things none of it matters.
No lanyard.
It's a mystery.
Could have fallen out the car, put in a bag by mistake, chucked out in error.
I have no clue . 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

Try not to get too stressed about things Beanie, easier said than done I know, but you really need to keep yourself well and being stressed and tired won't help. Hope you get a good nights sleep and as HHD said I'm sure the lanyard will turn up - probably when you're least expecting it to. xx6

The problem is that none of us have any control and none of us like the feeling of not having control. It's very stressful and if you are already on edge a bit it's even more stressful. Some people try to gain control by buying 50 toilet rolls or 50 bars of soap. I think you just try and work with what you've got. What have I got;
A roof over my head
Good friends
A lovely pub
A cupboard full of beer
My health
Nice neighbours
Time
Nice weather
Old friends who I can connect with
A brilliant yoga teacher.
I thought I'd be supporting the pub and the yoga teacher but it feels at the moment like it is very much the other way round.
The situation is what it is. Try to only worry about things you have some control over. If need be, focus on your breathing for 90 seconds in a meditative state, and if necessary then another 90 minutes. If that doesn't work.....have another wine!Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.

Really good post from Butti there. I agree with her.
I hope you feel better today. Take care.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
