Someone I work with, in her area, folks are putting FB donations in boxes at the end of their drives and the FB are picking them up. I imagine this would have to be kept a close eye on if unscrupulous people cottoned on to it a lot would be stolen. There must be so many disappointed people right now with various activities being cancelled. I don't normally wish time away but I wish it was next year when hopefully all this nightmare will be done.

I hope DS and GF manage to buy their home. My stepdad's sale has fallen through due to the virus. I don't know whether to be sad or glad.

Hope DS and GF manage to sign the paperwork for their house. Mum had to sign a document yesterday and her solicitor came to the house, but didn't go in. They wore gloves and passed the paperwork back and forth through the window. Best they could do in the circumstances.
Are the referrals on top of the families you usually help. At least it sounds like you've managed to get hold of food to help them. Have a rest now. You've done your bit for the day. xx
