Oh Beanie, I am sorry, hadn't read of the washing machine shenanigans. And I am really sorry about your friend.
Good stuff on the chanting, my Mum's friend has started to go to a choir thing and when she first went she couldn't sing at all as in made no noise, but as the weeks have gone on she has started to sing, am convinced the act of making a noise with emotional meaning(weird definition for singing/chanting!!) makes you deal with things better, especially in a group. Another friend does drumming and that helps her too. Lots of love to you XXXNevertheless she persisted.1 -
Sorry about your friend being in the hospice. Life can be cruel but the hospices are amazing places. Hope you’re ok.
