I am seriously thinking about a sad lamp.
No idea about them or how much it could help.
    Any thoughts on them readers?

Morning Beanie :) My brother struggles with depression and is also lacking in Vitamin D - he has injections/tablets, not sure which but definitely something.

Anyway, he's just been through a particularly bad patch and Mum bought him one because he was willing to give anything a go. He says it's fantastic. She didn't pay a lot for it either. I can ask her for the details if you like. I think he only uses it for an hour a day. He says he's sleeping better and waking up ready to face the day. From what she says it's really helped him so I'd say give it a go. xx

Beanie, it's the Eleven11 light therapy lamp 10,000. She got it from Ama%on but she's convinced she only paid £25 for it and it's now priced at £40 so might be worth having a look for it on E%ay.

Wonder if it's gone up becasue it's that time of year? xx

I'll be interested to know if the sad lamp helps you Beanie. It's very gloomy and wet where I am today :(.

It looks like hardly anyone on here wants a smart meter :rotfl:. The energy companies must be gnashing their teeth :rotfl:.

Have cancelled the smart meter installation for tomorrow.
Have ordered a sad lamp from Amazon.
My prime subscription runs out today so that will be my last order from Amazon.

  • Good about cancelling the one and ordering the other.

Amazon Prime is useful but too expensive!
