You sound disappointed that you haven't done anything beanie, but skinty is right - sometimes you need to *not* try to do stuff, so you can rest properly, and *then* do a little bit. Sometimes I'm resting at home, and I even turn the DVD player off, just relax and close my eyes, for ages. Needs must - and then I can get up and do a little bit, when I'm ready, even if its just making a cup of tea.

I have done nothing today apart from some washing & had the DW on.
