Lloyds bank phone calls

Anyone else getting phone calls from Lloyds after a visit to a Lloyds bank. I would not mind so much but its late evening when my last call came about the same time I get the trash calls from India etc, as soon as I hear a strange voice I go into slamming the phone down mode. Why they would want to know of my experience standing in a queue I don't know but if they want to know what I think of their savings rates I would like to tell them.

Maybe they want to improve their service.
More likely they want to measure the service their staff give.0 -

Tell them politely to stop ringing you and quit being rude, I am sure you would not like having a phone slammed down on you. It sounds like a customer survey regarding your visit to their branch. Giving them your opinion on savings rates will not help your local branch give a better customer service when you next visit. If you're not happy with their savings rates then why bother with them in the first place.0 -

Hi home_alone,
While we do occasionally contact customers seeking their opinions on recent use of our services, I'll be happy to have your details removed to prevent further calls of this nature. Please send me an email (including your username in the subject line) with your full name & postcode, plus any contact numbers we currently hold for you. I'll then request you're no longer contacted as part of these surveys.
Our email address can be found here.
Thanks,
Graeme

I do not have a problem with Lloyds calling just the time of the call it was the queen street branch in cardiff by the way, one day later and it would have been in the middle of the footy.0

While our surveyors do call in the evening, I'm surprised the branch would be calling at that time. Did they specify the call was from that particular branch, or simply that it related to your visit there? Can you tell me the date on which the call came through?
Thanks,

We use an external company to carry out customer experience surveys. During the week, calls are made by them between 2pm & 9pm. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Sorry to hijack, any reason these don't stop at 8pm?
Only reason I ask is that I can start at 4am, and common courtesy is not to phone after the above time.💙💛 💔0 -

I thought (also from memory) it was 8pm.
No relevant result on a quick Google, but I can only assume Lloyds won't do anything they shouldn't be doing with regard to calls made of this nature.💙💛 💔0
