CISAS Decision
Hi I have an orange phone which has had poor reception inside and outdoors for the last two years. I complained to CISAS but they rejected my complaint and I have to inform them whether I accept or reject their decision. I just wanted to know if CISAS rejects my complaint can orange come after me for costs?

No, they can't.0

they can for the line rental owed, if cias have rejected the complaint you need to now work out with orangeDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Accepting the decision means that is pretty much the end of it. If you reject it you could still go to the small claims court if you feel you have a case0
