This JVC smart tv any good at £250?

Hi folks,
On the lookout for a new tv and saw this one in currys, what do you think for £250?

One little thing our young son has autism and tends to run up against the old crt tv and push it a bit, so probably would have been better if this was plasma with tougher screen, but not too many around at right price now.
Anyways what do you think of the above tv and its smart capabilities?

It's just a cheap TV. You get what you pay for.
You might want to consider hanging any flatscreen TV you do buy on the wall out of harm's way.0 -
Looks pretty good on spec, but obviously haven't seen the picture quality.
Also it is nothing to do with JVC, just badge engineered.
Compare it to this with 5year warranty.
