Did you get sorted?
I am part of a newly created 'Parking Support Group' based in Burton. We have set up to help people fight PCNs from PE at Burton hospital. If you need any help appealing against a notice, rather than doing it yourself, please get in touch. We could use some extra team members too if you are interested!
Anyone in the Burton area can contact us at:

I think you could usefully gain the support of the BMPA.0 -
Not sorted yet. I had been hoping to have had a cancellation email by now but nothing yet.
Discount by 13/11, appeal submitted 04/11 so "discount" will have ended before the 10 day reply from Parking Eye is up.
Maybe I'll get some news Monday.
@ Staffs_Flyer - noted, thanks.0 -
Who cares about the discount, no-one here even gives it a second glance!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Discount??
if it s a genuine pre estimate of loss how the hell can they give a discount?
Read the stickys, read the plain language commission report on Burton Hospital

Fire off a complaint to the hospital ask them what the hell they are up to, and then tell them that unless they call off parking eye you will be billing them - the hospital for your timeFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Well let me say a big thank you to those who replied with advice. Also to those who tirelessly respond and help others in the same boat everyday.
I've had (and been waiting for it before posting results) the cancellation letter from ParkingEye today.
I had also sent a complaint to the hospital who in return phoned ParkingEye to cancel the PCN and then notified me via email of the action taken.
Not sure how long it would have dragged on without the hospital complaint, but still, another satisfactory result.0 -
Yes, the hospital usually cancel the tickets without any questions.0
