AS far as I understand, if the judge agrees with your reason for the set aside, the CCJ is removed from the register. PE will have to submit court forms all over again.
At this point you can either simply defend or you can go on the attack and counter claim. Have sent you a message.**********************************************

This can be defended and you may even be able to argue at the 'set aside' hearing that the claim should be stayed for the Beavis case. You need to be very familiar with the case and that it's set for the CoA. Every poster trying to defend a PE claim now should be really (politely) pushing for a stay, which is only fair seeing as PE v Beavis is the decision that PE rely upon, and you can argue it's 'unsafe' to be relied upon due to the CoA hearing in the Spring.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
