In this instance undertaking legal action for credit card penalty charges will succeed ! How many more successful legal cases do you want me to show where the Banks have settled the claim ?
We have had the usual bank defenders saying the usual claptrap in defence of credit card penalty charges :-
a) Bank won in the Supreme Court - Yea right but not with regards to
credit card fee's
b) Dont take legal action - You will not win - Not according to many successful claimants
c) If you take legal action in the small claims court (Under £10,000 claim) this could leave you paying high court costs - Again rubbish.
Please can one of this site's bank defenders show me a court action lost by a LIP in respect of Credit card penalty fee's ? Can you show me costs awarded to a Bank regarding credit card fee's in the small claims court ? Can you show me the Supreme Court judgement in respect of credit card fee's ?
Can you show me a Banks defence in respect of credit card fee's ?0 -
Hello,
I am using Martin's guide to reclaiming unfair credit card charges. ...
Would that be the one that says:This guide is archived. The information in it is out of date – please do your own research before acting on any of the information here. We’ve no plans to update this guide, we’ve left it here for reference only.
