    evening all, xx
I have had the best afternoon, sometimes the simple things are so much fun, oh fired the rayburn that we have put in up, the first time the other day we had a leak:( today all went well, so I had heating in my kitchen for the first time in over 14 years..:j:j
so ds2 said we should make bread so bread by hand from scratch, but it had to be round with cuts in the top as he googled it:othen he said bet you cant make dinner on the rayburn . so dinner was bacon, eggs and beans and home made bread with chocolate cake for pudding all cooked on the old rayburn :j we even boiled the whistling kettle:D with everyone in the kitchen sitting around it :p so all ready for the power cuts now, and we get lots here..

    Good evening Elite

Nothing to report here, apart from the fact that it's raining

Got my car back yesterday, went to a couple of shops before driving home

Today I feel as though I've been mountaineering, back, legs and arms ache so much. Popped to MrT with ds1 to do his shopping before driving him home.

I'm off for a shower and get pjs on ready for a cosy night in

Morgy, your links proved very interesting. DS is going to sit and take it all in tonight and tomorrow but likes the sound of it all. Thank you for taking the time to post.

Right, I'm off for a catchup, is there a new glitch? Or has David. just been gassing al day? lol
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

what the offer for points in tsco at the minute then

    all for tsco points :)

It is the 3v cards, you get 150 points for every £50.

For every £40 spent you get a Helping Hand.

And in the T0sco mags there is coupons for 100 points when you spend £20 on gift cards.

As T says … every little helps!!

I can see my dairy coupons were posted yesterday so will combine those with others for a cheap/free shop.

You can't beat a solid fuel Rayburn :)

Oh such memories.... I remember walking into the kitchen to find the goat curled up on the seat that was in front of it. And the year we cooked the Xmas turkey with the door open :rotfl::rotfl::D
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

    ...............................................

  • I ordered 7 of the Anchor 350g 'Half Price was £4 now £2' (various kinds), total guide price £28 (but actually £14 to pay), used the 4 dairy voucher codes to bring guide price down to £18, so actual cost should be £4.
It was:D:D:D Not free, but good enough for me:j
Collected it tonight, ordered on Wed ... was a bit worried about the delay between ordering and collecting, being a C&C noob and not sure how these things work.
So it's cheeseaggedon (just in case JemB is reading:wave:)
