Go for it! Unless you're worried about financial implications/credit checks etc? Feel free to ask any questions...

Decided to wait... I currently have the funds in my account for the mortgage so not the best time, fingers crossed if that goes out this week I will.

In the meantime I've had a look at swapping premier accounts and managed to go from £15 Natwest to £10 Nationwide with the additional bonuses of £75 back on Quidco, 4 Mobile Phones insured instead of 1 along with worldwide mobile phone insurance, Travel insurance now being worldwide inc snowsports instead of just European, and extended warranty services.

    Next up the credit card!

I only ever got it to build my credit rating, I pay it off in full every month so Karlie if you do have any recommendations let me know, wanting to milk this for all it's worth. :rotfl:

I had £50 in t's points for opening a bank acc with them. Which is £200 if used for some of the reward offers. Does that count as higher :D

    :T

    No that's cheating.

    :rotfl:

Are you going to use the Tosco account to switch again?

Credit cards are tricky as it really depends on the purchase amounts.

I've got a Santander 123 credit card for petrol, public transport etc. Amex for big spends and capital one for smaller purchases. Martin has got a good section on here. I've been treating my credit cards as debit cards for quite a few years.

    :)

I am thinking of shifting to the 123 for my utilities and household living expenses. Just going through the guides now, it's great just see banking as a scary risk for some reason but thanks for the advice!! Looking forward to some big savings here

Karlie & everyone, I really must get on this bank switching thing as I haven't done one yet? :o I only have one bank account, with the coop and I don;t want to close that account. Is there a switch I can do that doesn't involve closing my coop account? Thanks in advance xxx
