Good afternoon,
Had a fun time using the pasta cashpoint vouchers, especially as Asda price has gone up to £1.79 and the voucher is for a £1. It really confused one SA, got there in the end though.
I used another on SS, the guy is lovely and just overrode the price. I got chatting to him and I mentioned I liked to shop in Asda rather than Tesco. He said he thought people were shopping in Asda more because of the colour of the store ?????, haven't got a clue as to why he thinks that, but as long as he takes my vouchers he can think what he likes.:D
Also in Asda I asked at CS for the Xmas saver card. She said they have all been taken off display because the bonus is being added on Sunday and people just come in and put £144 on the card in one go to get the bonus. I just smiled at her and said really??? She then said would you like one? I said yes please, I then put £20 on it , put my shopping in the car and then went back in to a manned till and put the other £124 on.:D
Huggles to anyone that needs them today.0 -

Oh blimey  be very thankful that you're not in the new building, if maternity is still where it was. I've not heard anything good about it, and some of the things I've heard about the patients would make you get up and leave right now :eek:

And... only receipt I now have, that I've been waiting on to reach the three hours, ... no use, as not enough items. Would very likely have been no good anyway, as they bought the 'savvy' buys:( in A. Including the £2 Bisto gravy granules that are probably £1 cheaper than S/T in A but work out somewhat worse than the 190g pack vs T's 62p of a few months ago. And the 50p 2 pack Egg Custards that probably work out worse than the 4 pack vs T, from memory, unless things have changed. Plus the £1.50 grapes:mad:, on which competitors in the past have been down to £1. And the £2.50 Lenor:mad::mad::( which is useless anyway. The Summer Breeze version might have gone vs M at £2.62 (not 10% cheaper) a week or two ago, but M went up to £5 or more and it was going vs T at about £5:eek: all along, so losing out massively - M now £3 "Great" value, in other words not.
Just need to check with you that the Braising Steak isn't the missing item (they bought exactly 8 different items but one, or more, of them obviously isn't on msm so doesn't count) as that is £4 and 2 for £7 - B/C 505407004640, tell me it's on msm:( and I can then move away from this one. TIA.0
