ARGGGH
What a day , First time in ages that i used a APG in store and got semi troued,
The till woman looked at it went to put it in then calls a manager, supervisor or whoever , seh comes over checks it all matches and says its all ok , woman on till waits for her to walk away and then calls someone on the till system thing ,
Now trout manager come over and things get intresting , she asks if all details are right "yes" says the woman on the till , "but she cant have got that back we have had forgerys and i think this is one" At that point i get agitated and say go check yourself
"ohh we cant we dont have any internet" "ill find another manager" , so off she trots, But she doesnt go to find a manager she goes to security, i know this because hubby was waiting with the baby at the collection point for my c/c, He over hears them saying well no one gets them that big, it must have been altered (it was for £10xx ) maybe she changed it from £1.xx to £10.xx ect, At hearing this i go to customer services who are nice enough and appologise for the length of time im waiting and calls her, she comes over going on and on about fraud ect and saying weve had lots before ect, then pick up the phone and calls someone to ask who to call to check them, i offer my phone go to the apg site enter details and show her that all details match , and she then goes well what items gave you the money back .... (i play dumb and say i dont know but it says tesco was cheaper her reply was ohhh so was sainsbury ohh can you click on that so i can see the items,
then says can i keepthe reeciept ok i say so she puts it through the till gives me a new reciept and says i hope you get another good one bye.
No apology nothing
Sorry its so long just so peed off
Not nice when it happens but it's happened to most of us at one time or another. It's just a part of the game. If it happens again don't react, you've done nothing wrong.
I find that keeping below £10 helps. Also for me not having an APG nearly as big as or over the amount I've spent. This isn't a problem for some people but I got trouted several times in my store because of it in the early days. So now I do my normal shopping in with my glitchy shopping to avoid it.0 -

I genuinly thought i was ok where i was parked, it was rammed when i entered the car park, and someone was reversing out of what i thought was a normal space, so i shot into it once they had gone only to discover it was an actual disabled bay, i honestly thought it was the next one along:mad:.
Do i have to pay this "fine" or are there ways around it.
Any help greatly appreciated
Also, in Sada, down the sweets isle, whilst getting my flumps etc, an assistant pointed me in the direction of reduced sweeties, frutella and Sada extra special Leiths dark choc bars 60g reduced to 15p.

I know you parked in error, but this is a good read!0 -
I knew i hadnt done anything wrong thats why i offered my phone, In my mind if they cant get there system to work TOUGH not my fault,
I did consider making a bit of a noise when they said it was dodgy ect but as with most things in life i find showing people the error of there ways far more satisfying.0 -

Could I ask what people's scores are on Tosco Orchard?

I have £30 worth but there's a couple of offers I wanted to take advantage of so I can get the extra points but don't know whether to use cash or my vouchers? Just wondered if anyone has done this yet.
Thanks in advancexx
yes. vouchers are treated as cash. " that's quoting a morries manager today.grocery challenge 9.86/600
