But not an equal chance of winning the same prize amount
Yes, they do. Every ticket has an equal chance of winning that amount (whichever amount is in question). The odds are the same. There is no suggestion that the lottery machines are not entirely random. Whether, in fact, a ticket will win that prize is a different matter - the odds of it doing so were the same and every ticket does have (entered into a draw, before that draw has taken place) an equal chance of winning any specific prize amount.0 -
Something else has just occurred to me about the Quidco bonus - I know each retailer can only be counted once, but say I do a second shop in a retailer I have already got a box for and that second shop was for a higher value than the first shop. Does the second shop overtake the first one in terms of amount spent?0

Sorry, do you mean check the receipt via Asda price guarantee, is there a way to check just a barcode on A.com? I've not had lunch yet and brain won't function:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -
josie_ann57 wrote: »Received a letter this morning from TSB re Classic Plus accounts, from the first of January you can't open more than 1 account in sole name or joint name This does not affect those that already have two and you can still open two in sole & joint names until January so if you want to take advantage of the 5% interest on 2, 4 or 6 accounts best do it before January.
Just to clarify on this post; if you applied for this account before 13th October 2014 then you can add a further sole account and 2 joint accounts.
If you applied/are applying on or after 13th October then you can only have 1 sole and 1 joint.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

I might not do the toilet stuff as well as choccies and JF on the same shop
I wish I could too:rotfl::rotfl:.
Especially when we need more toilet cleaners, but are restricted to two per shop. Maybe I should go back to S/P Toilet Cleaner:think::rotfl: - it would be cheaper than the branded even after the glitch. Actually I did get one S/P Toilet Cleaner recently as we were down - and trying to work out what the other products contain that is not adequately contained in S/P Cleaner? The S/P cleaner does not mention that it kills germs (in comparison to the packaging of the CBY Pine Cleaner) - but they all do don't they surely? Hang on - I'll go and get the S/P bottle - was already a few days ago going to post the ingredients and ask about this, but didn't get to it back then - are we all being made to think branded cleaners are any better? Yet S/P Cleaner, as far as I could work out the differences between what was said on the S/P bottle and the CBY one, says keep in the bowl "overnight", CBY says "two hours" and A's "Power" cleaner says "one hour" - is there any real difference between the products though and are they just saying slightly different things on each one in order to suggest to us that they are substantive differently and that the more-expensive-on-the-shelf-price one is worth getting?0 -
