BMI Bab flight delay compensation

Can anyone help me with regards to a 24hr delayed flight from Alghero with BMI Baby. The company has gone bust and i dont know how to claim compensation.
I read that maybe i have to claim from my credit card company. With it being 3 years ago i cant remember which credit caed i used. My statements only go back 3yrs.
If anyone can help i would really appreciate it thank you,
