Sky Contract

Hi, Quick Question, what is the quickest way of checking when my Sky 12-month contract is coming to an end. I'm not sure if they send out any sort of letter or that, and I cant find anything on My Sky relating to contract length. Thanks

They won't send a letter. Your service will just jump to full price.

You can always ring up and ask for details of your contract.
  • I have just spoken to them about my contract. They advise i'm still in contract but the conversation took 30 minutes as I argued I was not (been a subscriber for 17 years) The guy I spoke to was very rude and very unhelpful I told him I thought he was rude and argumentative and rather than say sorry he didn't seem to care and actually told me they had lots of unhappy customers. Sky used to be be great on their service front but it appears this has now changed in the years I've had a Sky TV Package I have never been treated so poorly ive been an early adopter of all their technology that Ive often paid a premium for. My advise is stay clear and move on.

So beetledriver, if you are not in contract, why did you ring them.....
Are you still paying them, that should tell you if you are in contract wth them or not.

Have you changed anything in the last say 11 months and you have gone into a new contract without realising it.

That will only happen if the OP is currently receiving a retention deal.
