Sky Reward Free Soundbar

I signed up for Sky TV on the 18th of October, the family bundle online.

At the time one of the new customer rewards was a sound bar, something that sealed the deal for me.

My installation was completed a few weeks ago and ever since I have been trying to claim reward. I click on my rewards and it still says I have no rewards to claim. I contacted a Sky Advisor and they said I should be able to claim once the direct debit has gone out.

I checked my bill and my account has £75 credit minus the first bill, is this a reward? It's something I didn't ask for.

Does anyone know when I can claim the reward?

I'm just concerned as it says I have 90 days to claim however the £75 credit has prevented a direct debit going out.

I can't see the sound bars on the Sky website anymore but I see them on old posts of search engines.

Could you have signed up at the exact time that the sound bar offer ended and the £75 credit began ?


I remember that last year, someone on here was arranging up front line rental and the price increase came in while the deal was going through. The call centre person said the new price was the only one they could offer, as the system had changed.

I signed up for Sky in October, when they had the 50% off for 12 months and free LG Soundbar offer.

I contacted sky shortly after ordering because I was never given the option to select the LG soundbar as a gift, despite it being advertised on the screen after I entered the 50% code. I was told it would be requested.

I still never received it and have now spoken to 4 people. The latest tells me that I cant have it because you can only get 1 offer.

Did anyone get 50% off AND the free gift. The gift was either £100 refund, LG soundbar, (I think there was a 3rd option).
