Getting worried that vendors may be changing their mind

I am in the same boat: leasehold flat with lease extension at completion(so even more complicated) and also have to start chasing EA and vendors solicitors seriously as things have been stalled for the last 3 weeks.

that was my initial hope however that is less likely by the day now. well a little bit further forward (hopefully any way) have had the contract to sign from the sols ready for exchange which i sent back yesterday and the first part of my solicitors report on the searches, epc etc, they are still liasing with the vendors sol about the leasehold lease documents, so the report on that, title documents, the mortgage etc in due course. she has also suggested we go to the property again due to time since last saw it in case any changes or any further property questions arise.
