We were delayed coming home from a holiday in Florida in the year 2011 we was delayed 6 hours can I make a claim please

We had a delayed flight of over 12 hours in June and I have been trying - unsuccessfully - to claim compensation from Norwegian Air. Despite several letters to them and to First Choice (who swapped our carrier from Thomson to Norwegian) I have had no success. I tried the CAA but they only deal with flights out of a UK airport and this particular flight was from Portugal. I even emailed the Portuguese CAA equivalent but surprise surprise I have had no response.
Does anyone have any advice please on what I can do next?0 -
