How much should I be claiming?

in Flight delay compensation
Out flight from Dalaman to Gatwick (1730 miles) with Thomas Cook was delayed by 5.45 hours on the 11th of October this year.
Have got the template letter but no sure if I should be claiming 400 or 600 Euros per person ?
