What do to with Sky Broadband

I have been complaining to Sky in written that my broadband connection cut off after every half an hour or so from last 7 Month and i am paying for nothing, everytime they promise to call me back after observing the line for 24 hours but never happened.
I rang yesterday and they are not willing to compensate me or saying that same line " we will look into it"
I don't know what to do with it. My contract runs out in Feb.
Please advice

Then move over to EE for just £5.66/month (including line rental).

Sky may have failed to reply, because they found no fault in their system.
Have you checked the service using another computer, to rule out problems with your machine ?
Some years ago, I had cut out problems (while with O2) and the problem was that the ADSL filter needed changing.0 -
If your phone line is provided by Sky You could excercise your right to leave without penalty due to the Sky line-rental price rise.
Then move over to EE for just £5.66/month (including line rental).

http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/cheap-broadband&?&_ga=1.126265476.844261005.1346991129#eeamazonIf you pay line rental upfront. The total broadband, line rental and router delivery cost for the first year is £168, equivalent to £14/mth. Plus you get the £100 Amazon voucher. If you were going to spend that at Amazon anyway, factor it in and it's effectively £68 over the year, so equivalent to just £5.66/month.0

If the problem is external or with the OP's equipment, then moving will not solve it....unless the cause is a failing filter, the checking of which I suggested, above.0

It may not cure the underlying problem but will be cheaper for sure.
