Thanks Colsten and Agrinall. I was feeling a bit down about things after I got reported! I didn't mean to offend or annoy anyone. It depresses me to think I've caused trouble for the moderators on the weekend - and still haven't got any case studies for my article.
I think your suggestion is a good one Colsten and one I can certainly follow in the future.
I am entitled to post links as far as I know.
I will delete my posts except in the health and beauty forum as I think my priority is to find someone who has wasted money on a gym.
