NatWest credit card account number information

Hi, I am new here, so forgive me if this has been asked already, as my search ended up without any answers to my question.
So, I am preparing myself to claim back PPI, and I need to request a fully comprehensive list of all the insurance charges of my 2 credit cards I have with NatWest. The thing is I only have copy of agreement for only 1 card and it does not state account number. The agreement of another card has been misplaced or lost.
When I log in into my online banking, system lists card numbers as account numbers. The problem is, Natwest change card numbers every time they renew my cards after they expire or when they reissue cards to me, so I am still missing the original cards numbers/account numbers.
My question is is it enough to give the bank your current credit card numbers for them to trace back all the insurance charges which I paid back from day one? I'm afraid that if I request the list of charges from current credit cards, they will provide it just for the new cards they issued and conveniently 'forget' about older cards. Or maybe it would be enough to give them the account number of my main account which I would guess includes credit cards in it?

As a side note, NatWest has a pdf file for PPI claims, which include a question like: ''what’s the policy number of the payment protection insurance you’re complaining about?''. Where can that be found?

Thanks in advance.
