Good deal?

I've had an 18 month Orange contract via the Carphone Warehouse, with 8 months cashback (which I've received), and a SE K800i, but I've come to the end of the cashback, and can't afford the monthly bill (around £40/m + ins) so want to end this contract.

I don't know whether to go PAYG, or start another contract. I'd like about 100 mins and 200 texts. The main reason I'd like a contract is for the phone (don't want to let the k800i go!). I'd like to keep my existing number if possible.

I've been comparing plans, and attempted to be talked into things by phone shop salespeople, and have come across this deal: http://www.mobiles.co.uk/orange-sony...son-k810i.html

What do people think? Has anyone had any experience?

At the moment, when I end my contract, I'm going to have to use my old (not reliable) Orange PAYG phone until sort something out...
