So why haven't you appealed them and won, as almost everyone does on parking forums (including against Council tickets). This - pepipoo forum link below - is where you post to try to appeal & win against any Council PCN (almost all are won in the end):

Because I was a stupid idiot who just ignored them and its way past any appeal stage. Some did go to a bailiff which lets be honest, has kicked my !!!! to sort them out.0 -
Ouch. Pepipoo and 'bailiffadviceonline' could have helped you with those as well, because the bailiff fees are often unfair and inflated. These forums can help people appeal and bailiffadviceonline might have got that bailiff bill down too (seems maybe too late for that now). Are they all accounted for now, all being paid, nothing actually ignored now?
