Might of sounded stupid but their was reports a couple of years ago that the government were going to stop leaving the UK with fines, wasn't sure if PCN's came under that.0

Most if not all are on direct debit to clear them. Its not permanent working abroad, its about 6 months in different countries. Just wanted to know if the fact of having them would stop me from leaving the UK0

You'll probably be arrested by special branch when you try to leave the country so make sure you have the dd agreement with you.0 -
