Couponmad as soon as I know the judge I will send the letter I have prepared using the templates given to request POPLA or stay until Beavis appeal but will add in reference to the mention in the UKCPS letter.

I will also have to gather the suggested info regarding Equalities Act, etc when we goto court - but will take things one step at a time.

Has anybody noticed, they never pick on any one with the money to hire a lawyer ?
How odd, even a moderately competent a lawyer would have the CEO of the CO-OP at court for questioning in a flash about the contract he has with agents and litigation arrangements .
They would soon get sick of that game every day.
