Any Green Deal Company will be offering it, it is called the Green Deal Home Improvement Fund vs 2.
It is a non means tested cashback scheme, and yes it is open to landlords. I have received the maximum 300k through previous schemes for my BTLs which never has to be paid back so unfortunately I won't be able to take advantage of this next one.

Yes this is a common misunderstanding, the Green Deal is made up of several different parts including, cashback and grants which do not have to be paid back and many of which do not require any benefits etc.
Only one small part of the green deal is finance which has to be paid back but that is the part that most people have herd of even though it is only a small part of it."talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish" - Euripides0
