    Hello
I'm not doing very well at this. I have things listed on eBay but feel embarrassed to list them on Facebook where everyone I know will see them. I did try to open a second Facebook account just for selling but got message on it asking if it was a real person and asking me to confirm it.
If anyone has any advice on how to sell privately on Facebook without it being posted to everyone's walls please help.

Although I'm not doing brilliantly at earning, I have been doing really well at living without money since I left my job a couple of weeks ago. I am part of a lets scheme so I have been using an alternative currency. In Cambridge it is called the cam let but there are let's schemes all over the country.

you can join groups where it is a closed group and only members can see postings.

this means it does not appear in your newsfeed.

also you can change some of your settings in privacy

  • So far I've made around £17 from Ebay, although I find that Ebay can be so hit and miss for me.
I've also added Field Agent, Roamler and a couple of the other apps to my phone.

Can I ask about Field Agent? If you accept a job, do you have to do it straight away? It says on the app that the timer will start when you press continue and I wasn't sure if that was the timer to complete the task or it gives you a period of time to complete? D'oh!

  • At last, something to report for November:j

£2.90 vouchers used off shopping at Morrisons
    £2.25 ditto at Co-op
£4 in Paypal from Pinecone . I joined years ago when the compensation was £4 per survey. When they cut it to £3 for new members they very kindly(and unusually for survey companies) still pay us 'older' members at the original rate of £4:T

So that's £9.15 to add to total. Not much compared to most of you but I'm feeling chirpier now:)

I was complaining that I hadn't sold any books on Amazon over the weekend(normally my busiest time) but I sold 3 last night and have just been to post them. That's £25.37 profit but won't add it to total until Amazon transfer it to my bank account.

Still waiting on various survey site redemptions but not holding my breath it will all be here by end of month:(

    Congratulations and Good Luck everyone:beer:

Mooglet71- yes, the timer starts when you accept a job and usually you have 2 hours to complete the task.
