I think they are covered in the T and C's in as far as they can adjust the price at the time if the voucher isn't issued to you, but I don't know about the legality of charging you more after you have paid and the order has been recieved and used....I would be interested to know if this is allowed.Total Original Debt: £30404.24

I have been thinking about this....what would happen if Mr Tesco started asking for all his money and clubcard points back? :rotfl:
It can't be allowed, surely. I think they are trying their luck.Total Original Debt: £30404.24

I am really weary of littlewoods codes and vouchers, don't know if anyone remembers last year when they started demanding the difference as the codes and vouchers were not issued to the individual.....if you do a search on the posts, the thread should come up, I will try and do a search and post in a mo.0

Got the same. WIn some lose some. From memory I don't think they budge on this so I've paid. Besides everything I got I needed anyway so its not a huge drama. Just a tad annoyingBaby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I had the same bill this morning, as did one of my colleagues.
After phoning them they re-credited my account with the £25, in my case it took very little effort. The woman I spoke to simply said she's speak to her manager and have the amount credited re-created.
My colleague came up against slightly tougher opposition, but after arguing the point that they should have rejected the voucher/code during the initial transaction, not now, they soon agreed to refund the £25!0 -
I ordered using the code for £25 off but my order didn't go through for some reason. But today I had a bill for £25 on my statement even though I didn't receive anything. I had to spend ages on the phone trying to get through to them to get them to take the £25 off.0

I had the same letter today and spoke to 2 horrors at Littlewoods taht wouldn't budge. i have no intention of backing off and paying this is as far as I am concerned they are in the wrong. i read their terms and conds which are really ropey . But this is what clause 2.2 says :
2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.
As far as I am concerned they accepted what I had paid my order was despatched and we had a contract, ie : what I had ordered for the price I paid there and then.... no come backs a few months later.

Wonder what Martin would say about this.....November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post.0
