Either way, they are doing it. they told her they are checking several accounts atm, and that in a period of time all accounts will be checked and all codes reversed for people who havent been sent the codes

Some codes are being cancelled even if they have been accepted. What I mean is that you use the code, receive the item then they cancel the code. Found thison Hotukdeals. You need to go to the last couple of pages , people are having their codes cancelled and only realise when they check their account. I have posted on there as I have managed to get my code re-credited, others are not so lucky.

Checked with a solicitor friend and once goods are despatched then the acceptance of your offer to buy is made... they state that b4 processing the order they check if the offer code is valid for you... at this stage if they process the offer you receive email confirmation of the price along with any relevant discount and the contract then formed when goods despatched.

So fight it also they cant just decide after the event thats like a shop selling you something at £10 then deciding to charge you more later.

Always better to pay with a card upfront IMHO as they cant just debit for firther amounts without your autho.

After reading this I've just checked my littlewoods account and they've added a £25 charge to my account today saying "voucher cancelled". I've not received a letter of telephone call from them.

I've sent an email about my account, my order was 2 months ago - I don't see how they can get away with doing this to be honest, if they wont budge then they can have the goods back, even if they have been used!

It's fair enough to say we can't use a code, but to wait 2 months, and to not even bother telling us, just to sneekily put it back on our accounts in the hope that we don't notice!

I think trading standards might be interested to know how they are operating

I thought so, this seems to be the same one ppl on hotukdeals have had reversed, reason they were given is because it was for a different cat and not littlewoods.

Do you know when it was you used the voucher originally?

Its their error for processing it normally if you arent able to use it they just process without the discount...

I really think they are trying to recoup some money but once you have the goods the contract is formed and title passes to you.

My order confirmation email with that code on says the 24th July
