my sister just had 4 of her promotional codes from the past few months reversed. she rang them and they said theyre starting to check accounts as people are using codes that havent been sent to them! she told them she had it sent to her but they said it was sent to her by mistake if thats the case. They said nothing they are prepared to do as the terms state vouchers can be withdrawn at any time!Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

Here is what it says under the terms and conditions.
"2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive."
This means they should have checked when she ordered the product not now. I would be telling them they can have the item back.
It also says
"Order Acceptance
Your order will be accepted by us, and a contract will then be formed between us, when we dispatch the goods to you."
As you are in a contract with them from this point surely they cant change the price now."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." — Marilyn Monroepinkladymel wrote: »she hasn't lost the ol' Bootsing magic:D

I dont understand that lol
She had the code verified in the email order confirmation. So they should check the code is valid to her before sending out this confirmation?
Are they breaking their own terms by reversing it weeks and months later?
Just hope they dont do it to me, as apparently they are all accountsWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -

I dont think they can do it but im no legal minded person lol.
Hope they dont call me. Im guessing this is why you have to call up for most of the decent codes now."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I think that means the promotion can be withdrawn at any time - not after you have used the voucher.Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves0 -
