have you got an account with Great Universal? the catalogue is identical to Littlewoods and this discount codes work on both sites or Littlewoods Direct.

thanks for that , i went ahead with it and forgot i still had 12 quid credited to my account from the last time i used discount , i sent the items back as they were too big so in effect ive only paid 26 quid and i'm happy with that

no this is the norm, they will charge you full price on ordering, then refund the voucher on dispatch

i got an email from them saying they cannot honour the code because it is valid for orders over £45.

I emailed them back saying i want to cancel the order before it is dispatched.

are returns free??

its most annoying, at checkout it said my voucher would be redeemed and validated, but got an email from CS that its not valid..

sounds about right
even if you get your orders you should be able to send back free returns
i have never delt with littlewoods direct but prity sure there the same as littlewoods for returns.
I have put a post on hear littlewoods @ littlewoods direct some promotinal codes they might be able to help you get some cloaths for ya little 1

quite often there are minimum orders on most codes, I would telephone customer service tell them that you are a new customer and ask for discount because their policy is that all new customers get a discount on first order it is usually only 15 but it's worth a try.
