Hiya, Add something you want to the basket and go to check out, and it will ask if you want to pay by debit card or apply for a flexiable account, click apply for flexiable account, they should email you within 24 hrs after doing a credit check and will give you a max credit limit.
  • hi,

i ordered a footy top for a friend, when i created an account and added ZQ298 + ZQ055, it brought the top down from 49.99 to 17.65....

On the online statement it said it charged me 44.10, but the email confirmation i recieved said it was 17.65, however, they took 44.10 out of my debit account, and i just got a paper statement also saying 44.10. The top is suppose to arrive on the 12th september, so should i wait til after that to recieve the credit back into my account?

also if i was to phone customer services, and they ask how i got the codes, what should i say?

    thank you all
  • normally they charge you the full price when ordered, then credit the discount back on dispatch.

I've just taken the plunge. Thanks op for this.

I ordered items for £29. Was able to use codes ZQ056 (£18.50 off) and XX277 (10% off). Total including delivery £11.10 :j

The order tracker doesn't take into account the codes, but the e-mail shows the correct price. I paid by credit card, so will just have to wait to see whether I do actually get my goods for this price.
  • Well my bargain Thomas bike and helmet ended up as even more of a bargain this week. The helmet was out of stock so I had the money refunded back on to my card and that resulted in my Thomas bike costing a massive £11.50!!!!

Remember that many people have been successful with the codes even though strictly speaking they may not have been within the terms and conditions.
I am all for moneysaving obviously but I am not a fan of stress! If it doesn't work it doesn't work!
