Received items that I bought using a code. Fully intended to keep them, but the duvet set isn't the right colour or pattern. So need to return and then choose a different set. If I return will they refund the value of the item, or will they take the code into account?

Hi miss piggin just got a phone call from littlewoods they have slotted in my hammock to be delivered on thursday 2nd between 8am and 12 noon...just to let you know thanks again....cw:D

well that's odd for some reason I can't get into my account...it says I have to ring a number...I only wanted the hammock which I am told today by CS that it will be delivered on thursday...so why is the account I had to make up not working...all I wanted to do was check it again to see if it said anything different...I get the impression that littlewoods are messing me about...for some strange reason...do they usually check who you are...when you've paid by DD card...I was going to order a chimunea after this using a code but obviously not....:mad:

Have you tried again.. it said that with mine whilst it was being set up..something along the lines of "unable to access account at this time please call CS"

Tried about 30 mins later and got in no probs..

Both my orders have arrived this morning. I ordered trainers for myself that gave an expected delivery of september! They are bootiful Cost £1 after code. Birthday present to myself- though i wont be able to wait untill next wednesday to wear them!!

The other order was 2 duvet sets for the kids. I ordered playboy for DD (11) and disney cars for DS (5). Cost £2.50 for both after code.

I'm wondering the same as 'rchddap1' if i swap something. DS is now bananas for Transformers so do i bother risking a swap? But since i'm saving these for christmas anyway i'm sure there will be another craze by then!

PS- both my delivery advice notes have the items full prices on so i'm not even sure if i have got bargains yet until i go into town to check at the bank. Both email confirmations showed the code so i'm quite confident.

I recieved this code as well but mine says its for Littlewoods Direct not Littlewoods.
