just an update on my order. hasn't arrived yet, but they've debited £30 from my account. so foned cs, said i had recieved the voucher in the post with my new catalogue and was wondering, y a) the full £30 had been debited and b) y the voucher wasn't showing on my statement, but was in confirmation email.
very nice cs lady said the voucher was definitely pinned onto my account, but they're proceedure is they attach the vouchers monthly to accounts, so will be debited the 25 pounds back to my card next week ie next month, feel better already. what a saving!

Very strange as my orders have already been debitted and creditted to my bank account (the same day the debit came out the credit went in)

What are the actual terms and conditions of this code? It looks like it is one of the 'introduce a friend' type codes as they are usually for £25. do not be surprised if they withdraw it or it doesnt work if you are not, in their opinion, 'entitled' to use it.

I have just received my parcel even though I was told I wouldn't receive it until the begining of August so that was a surprise. I have just checked online and they have found my account details and linked it up even though I paid by debit card and didn't go through my account. Anyway on the account page it shows the £18.50 code I used and says the full amount has been debited and then the £18.50 refunded back to my card. it still leaves a balance of £20 so looks like it has gone through but when I look at my bank account online there are no payments showing taken at all so just wondering whats going on.

Also I am still pregnant, so at present can't try this item obviously if I had received it the begining of August I would no longer be pregnant so my question is how long can I keep it before I have to return it as at present I can get the dress over my head but obviously no where near doing up!!!!:eek:

I've just tried, how long did it take for them to answer? It tells me they estimate 29 mins, are their estamates accurate?
