    Basics are let any heating system.


    What you need to know:


    Ring around to get quotes -as an approx mine for a 3 bed semi costs about £500 a year in heating.


    There may be different settings - the oil heating may or may not heat the hot water - is there also an Immersion switch - my house actually has both.


    Make sure and service your boiler annually - it keeps it more efficient, around £70
    Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.
