BT Infinity 1 order problem

This is really for the BT representative.
I've had problems from the start of ordering the BT Infinity 1.
The first order went through OK, I received the email confirming everything and giving me an order number etc.
When I received the MAC code from SKY, I entered it into the BT site and again everything seemed fine.
A week later I checked the 'track your order' only to find the order didn't exisit.
Another order was raised on the telephone this time and went through OK.
I received an email telling me that the BT hub would be delivered yesterday (28th) and that the engineer would come and install on the 30th.
I was given a Royal Mail tracking number but according to Royal Mail they have no received the parcel from BT.
I've had web chats with people this morning and been given different information from them.
One said the BT hub would be delivered today. Another one said it will not be delivered until Friday!
This would leave us without broadband and I am not happy to say the least.
Confidence in BT it certainly does not give me.
Is it possible you could find out exactly what is happening?
I will post details using the link in you profile.

I've just received an email from BT re the online email I sent early this morning. Our aim is to get back to you in ASAP. However we are currently experiencing exceptional demand and it could take up to 10 days before we get back to you.
Are they serious!
I may have to think again, before the engineer arrives tomorrow and disconnects us from SKY.0
