New home - boiler packed up

Thanks to everyone who has replied. I've spoken to the NHBC who is trying to help on my behalf.
The boiler itself has an E119 error which means water pressure is low. But the pressure gauge on the boiler shows it to be normal.
Read the manual or google the code and boiler name. It'll be a simple, 2 minute job to fix it. Something like this.

check the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
It will either require servicing annually, and be invalid, or it will require servicing every 18/24 months etc and be valid....0 -
I had a boiler problem in a new build, and also hadn't had it serviced.
I phoned the manufacturer and they fixed it for free if I paid for a service at the same time which wasn't expensive.
I would just google the fault code first to check it's not something simple.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Regardless of the fact that the boiler is practically new you should be getting it serviced annually anyway. I wouldn't bother with the manufacturer, builder, Nhbc or anyone like that. Call a corgi registered gas engineer or as someone else suggested British Gas.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Agree. Just arrange for a service, and they will sort out the pressure error.
It's not major.0 -

Which water pressure? The pressure in the radiator circuit, or the incoming mains pressure?0 -

Corgi no longer exists.
If the boiler is two years old there probably isn't much wrong with it. Have you checked that there is enough pressure in the system? As above, get it serviced and the fault will be picked up.Je suis sabot...0
