Yesterday was a low spend day, bought my friend a sparkling water and myself a hot choc and as the shop was getting ready to close they gave us free cake! Woohoo! Was worth it not seen this fab friend since June!
Today was NSD though, so 5/6! Hoping I can put buying fuel off for as long as possible this week!

I'm not going to count essential grocery, essential travel, or debt payments.
I'm aiming to not spend a single unnecessary penny for the rest of this month!
Not too tricky as I don't get paid until 30th and hopefully I do well on my 1% challenge!

Mini spendy day today, discovered a shop in a retail park which does dried fruits and nuts etc at not too bad prices. It's part of a chain called Grape Tree, might be one near you?
Also planning a mooch round the market and charity shops tomorrow, so I think the next NSD may be Friday - better get ready for the hunt, Igor, unleash the Narglehounds! After you've made grassgirl a welcome cup of tea first, but hold the strawberry jam and marmite scones....One life - your life - live it!0 -
