    :hello:Hi there all xxx

Just popping in quickly as it's a bit manic here at work today. Think I'd forgotten what it was like when most of the residents are awake:rotfl:

Well I did spend on Wednesday and Thursday but have got absolutely everything in for the next few weeks. I split my shopping from !ce!and into both days as they sent me an offer that if I spent £12 over three shops they would put £5 on my bonus card and as I was going to get quite a bit from there I split it over the two days- I haven't got any more than I was going to and have only spent what I was going to anyway and have earnt a fiver from it so I'm quite happy with that :).

While I was at it I also bought tickets for the trip to mum's next week, got some extra electric and got my car tax (which runs out at end of November) so all there is left to do this month is home insurance :( and some petrol at some point but I'm fine for that for a few days at least so don't think it will catch me unawares.

Having said all that though both Friday and today have been no spend days, I went to visit a friend last night and she cooked me dinner which was unexpected and nice and have no plans on hitting any shops on the way home tonight; I must remember to drop my cat carrier off to someone after work though as they need to get their cat in it for us to take her to the vets on Monday morning so I am up to number 4

Right must go.............think there's an argument brewing about someone not washing up..............ah the trials of life :rotfl:

    :hello:

Kathy - slip the residents some of Igors turnip whisky, that should quieten them down :rotfl:

Well a planned spendy day today as had my hair cut / coloured. thinking of changing the colour though OH isn't too sure - well actually he seemed to think it was a bad idea :o

Busy before that too, shop at L!dl, and then off to get our xmas turkey that's now tucked up in the freezer. Started off the day with the car not starting so had to grab OH's - called the breakdown people when I got home (highly recommend autoaid now) and turns out when I moved the car yesterday I managed to flood the engine - didn't even know that was possible without a manual choke :o Anyway, thankfully nothing serious so up and running again.

Also did a bit of xmas shopping online :A

Whew! feeling quite ready for a sit down now.

Today makes NSD #3. Went to local fireworks with pre-bought tickets paid for out of my kitchen jamjar of change. Needed milk, but friend bought it for me in return for a favour. So that's zero spent today:)
  • Good morning all! :hello:

Had a spends day yesterday but I knew as it was a planned day out. But we were naughty ;) I knew food and drinks at the venue were going to be expensive, so we sneaked in sausage rolls for lunch and daughters friends sneaked in a bottle of the strong stuff  i did buy lemonade for said strong stuff at £2.80  but that was all. I resisted the raffles etc

On track for today tho :D
