noddle credit score

So tonight I decided to check my file .

Shocked to see that Noddle have scored me 2/5

The only thing I noticed was the current address they had for me was my old address from 2012. I have just notified Noddle of the error. My local council and registers have had my current address since I moved . So unsure why Noddle don't?

I don't have any ccjs and the credit cards I do have show was 'ok' for each month as payments etc

So my question is, can my old address really affect the score so badly?

Thoughts are welcome

Cheers

Anything can affect credit scores as they are meaningless.

If all the data is now correct on your file, that's all that matters.

I'm a bit confused. I thought the agency's get your address from you when you sign up. Where was the old address featured?

Phone noddle (Call Credit I think) up and tell them the correct electoral address, I did and they sorted it there and then. They also corrected the inconsistencies of my current address.

    They're useless.

I, somehow, have a 1/5 score despite having no missed/late payments and only really a mortgage with no other debt.

I applied for a £12000 loan with my bank and got given a rate of 4% interest. Go figure.

Mine goes on a roller coaster ride from month to month with nothing changing apart from another month of paying everything on time :rotfl:

It's like a really !!!! competition between me and my GF as to who will have the highest score at the end of the month.
  • Cheers all

The address they have for me is from my old house in 2012.
but all the addresses for my cc \ phone etc have my new address showing on the credit file.

  • I personally find Noddle the least accurate of any of the agencies. They only have half my information listed. Some people say they are wonderful - particularly as it is free!

The score is a waste of time, although amusing.

Although if a lender only uses Call Credit (Noddle) it is in effect the most accurate as the other two become irrelevant.

    I quite agree.

I have a 5/5 score with Noddle, but when I asked them to lend me some money they said no.

My Noddle "credit score" has increased from 3 to 4 in the latest update for no apparent reason whatsoever. Obviously this doesn't make me feel warm or fuzzy at all since it is meaningless, just amusing to see the fluctuations.
