I have requested a code but when I enter it I get the following message-" We do not recognise the offer associated with the code you've entered. Please check that you have entered the offer code correctly." Help please:(??

If you have Sky already then the code won't work.
or if you left in the last 12 months.
or if you owe Sky money from a previous account in the past 8-10 years.0
