Your web mail access is the email address and password the same as whatever client you use .

I did try that but they come back as wrong info, I tried both Google and Yahoo, Google sent an email saying they had blocked "suspicious sign in", maybe I will receive the same from Yahoo, however if all they are doing is accessing my mail clients, they won't find the lost emails because I will have deleted them from those accounts directly, I just tend to save emails in OE.

I tried "mail2web", I have used this a long while ago, but this time it doesn't work.
