Telecoms company refusing to refund credits as agreed

Hi All,
This is my first post here.
We are with a telecoms company that said if we cancelled three internet connections (line + ADSL) with another provider and took out three with them, they would refund £300 of the termination fee. In April i requested the credit and today (6 months later and after many chase up calls and e-mails) I got told that the credit will not be authorized due to the fact that we have cancelled other services with them. These other services that were cancelled were out of contract and had nothing to do with the agreement of the credit.

I am in the process of formally complaining to the company and i'm also aware that if it is not resolved after 8 weeks i can go to CISAS. I just wondered if anyone had any advice that could help me.
