The issue is not with the csa, you would need to pay it regardless if you are separated, but you paying her rent and bills.
You clearly don't own the place as you refer to rent. Are both your names on the rental agreement? How much longer until the end of the tenancy? If you moved, could she claim HB and change the tenancy to her name only?0 -

She wants me to write an eviction letter saying my daughter and her out which is not the case.
I have already been to a solicitor advised not to move, because she wants me to pay all the lump sum money and she gets the place
